Why Recruit Ready Works
Recruit Ready Soccer exists to help high school athletes truly understand where they stand, how to improve, and how to navigate the college soccer recruiting process with confidence. Founded by Coach Trent Kutch — a state-champion coach with more than 20 years of experience — the program blends professional game-film analysis, honest player evaluation, and step-by-step recruiting mentorship.

Over the years, Coach Kutch has worked with many athletes who went on to play at the next level — from NCAA Division I programs all the way to Division II, Division III, NAIA, and high-level junior colleges. This wide range of experience allows him to guide players from every background and ability level.
Recruit Ready Soccer provides three core areas of support:​​

Detailed tactical and positional analysis that highlights strengths, identifies growth areas, and gives players clear steps to elevate their game.
2. Honest Player Evaluation
A straightforward, no-nonsense assessment of where an athlete currently fits within the club landscape — and what college level (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO) may best match their development and long-term potential.
3. College Recruiting Mentorship
A guided, personalized process that helps players build their recruiting foundation, communicate with coaches, attend the right events, organize film, and make informed decisions during the most important stages of their journey.
